The Tahoe Sands Redevelopment project is a
Timeshare Resort located on the beach in Tahoe
Vista, California. This 7.2 acre, 109 unit
redevelopment of an aging (50+ year) property is
an incremental tear-down / re-build of the entire
resort. Totaling 14 new buildings and including:
Vacation Units, Employee Housing, Resort
Lobby and Recreation Facilities (2 pools, spas
and recreation rooms) has been designed in a
Tahoe Elegance style reminiscent of the Grand
Lodges still found along Tahoe's shore
